Shipping policy
At this time, we exclusively sell e-products. The directions to access these e-products will be sent to the email address that the customer used at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they used the correct email address without typos at checkout. If an email failed to be delivered, or if customer no longer has access to the email they used to place the order, they may reach out to us via our Customer Support Ticketing Portal (which can be found in the Footer and Main Menus of this site), and we will be happy to send them the e-product access instructions again.
